Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Ashville’s vibrant business, entertainment, and cultural districts.

The all-suite hotel is a five-minute walk from shops, dining, and entertainment. The Biltmore Estate is within three miles. The hotel reservations cut-off deadline is Friday, April 7, 2025, by 12:00 p.m. EST. (Room rates cannot be guaranteed after that date or if the block sells out and are subject to availability.)

The discounted room rate this year is $189 per night for single or double occupancy, plus applicable occupancy taxes from the City of Asheville, NC. Included in the room rate is complimentary standard in-room internet, made-to-order breakfast, and evening hotel lobby reception. The group discounted room rate will be offered three days pre/post Conference based on room availability.

Hotel Policies:

  • To guarantee a room reservation, the hotel requires a credit card on file. All charges incurred are to be paid upon checkout.
  • If a guest’s reservation must be canceled or changed, the guest must notify the hotel before 3:00 p.m. EST, 48 hours (2 days) prior to his/ her scheduled arrival date so as not to be charged a one-night room (plus tax) fee to the credit card on file.

 

Important Hotel Room Block Update (3/10/25): 
The discounted AOASM Embassy Suites room block is selling out fast! (Please note that the Embassy Suites Hotel is sold out on May 2 & 3). Please still consider booking your room at the headquarter hotel anytime checking in April 28 to check out May 2. We encourage you to book the dates that are available at this property and consider moving to the overflow hotel or another nearby hotel for any of the remainder of the dates needed. We also would encourage you to try the following day and continue to check back as rooms may open up in the days leading to the conference, should anyone have to cancel.
 
AOASM has secured additional lodging at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown (199 Haywood Street), which is located across the street from the Embassy Suites Hotel.
